About Caroline
I grew up on a dairy farm in England, and after graduating with a BA (hons) in English from University College Cardiff in Wales worked extensively in fashion, founding my own company Muddy Boots supplying clothing to film companies.
In 1990 I took a position at RSA Films Ltd (The Ridley Scott Film Company) in London as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
I came to the United States in 1993 and worked with the British Fashion Designer Annie Walwyn-Jones creating and promoting her private label collections throughout USA and Europe. In 2008 I graduated from The Institute For Integrative Nutrition in New York City as a Health and Life Coach and subsequently founded Caroline Phipps Enterprises LLC and the initiative Living With Inner Elegance.
I am a producer, writer, public speaker, content producer and life and business coach: I produced the multi award-winning short film, Three Sides of a Circle for Ringo Films in 2019 and I am a regular guest at the New York, Hudson Valley Radio Station, WKZE 98.1FM, on the Up & Running Morning Show with DJ Rick Schneider.
My View Of The Insurance Man
"The Insurance Man is the story of one man’s existential crisis, played out within a single, claustrophobic day in his life, that many of us can relate to: Having to do a job that we aren’t cut out for, in a world driven by commerce. No matter how hard our insurance man, Carlo Miranda, tries, he’s unable to reduce his humanity, or the humanity of his clients, to a list of sales’ goals. The resulting conflict is a wake-up call of a truly life-altering magnitude that encourages us to explore the purpose, and meaning, of our own lives, as well as to see the lives of others in a more empathic way."
